Dear ACOMs,
Tomorrow and the following Saturday, Anne Cooling will be giving her Church Talk “Opportunities to Grow in a Christian Manner” in Thousand Oaks and Santa Barbara, respectively. As found in the Sept. – Dec. ’25 WatchWords, Anne “will discuss how the Committee on Publication prayerfully approaches the work through this key part of the Manual by-law. This workshop will share specific observations from prayerfully engaging with the public in a Christian manner that corrects and heals.”
Here are the details for these upcoming talks, which are sure to strengthen the ACOM work:
Saturday, October 11, 2:00 pm – (in person) 1st Church Thousand Oaks
Saturday, October 18, 10:30am (in person; for Zoom, contact clerk) – 1st Church Santa Barbara

Dear Ms. Townshend-Zellner,
I have tried contacting the clerk at 1st Church Santa Barbara to obtain Zoom info to attend their presentation of the workshop, but have not yet heard back. If it is the same Zoom info they have listed on Prayerthatheals for their services, I will use that, but will need confirmation. This workshop is the only one that I will be able to attend. Any help would be much appreciated.
